WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We always want our customers to be happy with their products, due to the custom nature of the items made, we do not allow for returns. Any questions or concerns regarding a product please contact us.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
At time of ordering your product you will be given a time frame for it to be competed, due to varying types of products available, time frames will vary. The range can be a couple weeks for smaller items and up to 6 months plus on saddle orders.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do ship internationally, with applicable shipping fees to apply. Customs fees that apply to country of origin will be the responsibility of the buyer, we do not have control over costs incurred upon the package entering a county. We are happy to give a estimated quote for shipping at time of inquiry.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP? WHAT IS RATE TO SHIP WITHIN CANADA?
We do our very best to offer the best rate possible when shipping products, via Canada Post, local pick up is available as well.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We offer payment options of credit card (when purchasing from the website), etransfer or good ole cash. Any further questions regarding payments you can contact us directly.
